Bruce Sarchet will discuss best practices for your businesses regarding the new CA laws impacting Courier/Logistics for 2022. He will also cover mandate and legal requirements for Covid-19 procedures, developments with Prop 22/AB 5 and the WAIRE program. Additionally, he will also discuss the new universal health care bill for CA (Kalra), AB-701 which will require warehouse employers to disclose quotas and pace-of-work standards to workers, wage and hour considerations, current events and best practices for your business and workforce.
